Mini apple pies with crusty fillo sheets

Materials:
• 1 packet GIANNIOTI CRUSTY FILLO SHEETS 450gr
• 3 spoons cow butter, melted
• 3 spoons powdered sugar
• 1 spoon grated cinnamon

For the Filling:
• 4 big apples
• 3 spoons brown crystal sugar
• 2 spoons cow butter, melted
• 2 spoons cognac
• 1 spoon grated cinnamon
• ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions:
Wash and clean all the apples. As they are whole, rub them in the grater and put them in a pyrex. Add the rest of the filling ingredients and mix. Melt the butter, open the fillo sheets. We take one fillo sheet, butter and fold it in four. Put on the narrow side of the fillo sheet 1 teaspoon stuffing, fold the sides, butter and fold into a roll. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C in the air for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Take them out of the oven and before serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
